Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Events

 We may need to cancel events that are outdoors if the weather becomes untenable or if a venue cancels with us. In these instances, the date will be rescheduled. You may also opt for an alternate event instead, subject to availability.

 If you cancel attending one of our events, we do not offer any refund if there is less than a month to the event date. We may be willing to consider offering an alternate event, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Online, mail and phone order sales

Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.

We do not offer refunds for:

 ·       Digital products

We will only offer a refund for these items if they’re faulty:

·       personalised items

·       custom-made items

 

We will not offer a refund if you:

·       knew an item was faulty when you bought it including but not limited to items advertised as seconds or prototypes

·       damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it

·       no longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless you bought it in our online shop

Proof of purchase

We will request proof that you bought an item from us if it is not immediately clear to us that it is one of our products i.e. if it is not hand-made by us. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement or packaging.

Items returned by someone other than the buyer

We only accept returns from the person who bought the item.

Returns Postage

Returns postage costs will not be covered by us.
