At the Window
I photographed my model on some steps inside a studio house. I added some butterfly wings to turn her into a fairy for my fantasy gallery. I then added a wallpaper pattern to the walls and embossed some dragon detail onto the wall and steps..I painted the window glass in using the peach tones picked from the image. I then colour toned the entire image in lovely peach tones tones.

I loved this pose so much, I processed the image as a fine art nude as well…!!
This was the first version available in my shop.
At the Window
In this version of the image, I focused on enhancing the contrast between light and shadow, making the areas where the light hits the step and my model more defined. The overall look is deeper and more dramatic, giving the impression of a slightly later time of day.
The mood here is completely different from the fairy version… creating a striking contrast between the two interpretations.
